Any Commercial catering premises using gas equipment should have regular inspections carried out by a suitably qualified commercial catering gas engineer at least every 12 months
Moblie caterers are governed by the same requirements as Commercial catering premises.
Landlords renting Domestic premises with Gas appliances have a legal obligation to have the gas installation and appliances, and must have them checked every 12 months and give a copy to the Tenant.
